If you have not completed the growth process I may be able to help you along The food you eat is a very important. It is a major determining factor of how tall you will grow. Your diet also effects how fast you will grow. Foods that are rich in protein and calcium, like milk cheese and meat, help you grow. Amino acids and calories are very important also. These foods give your body energy, vitamins and minerals. Without them you can not grow or heal. Exercise will also help you to grow. Remember this only works if you have not finished growing!
