Exercise for lower abs can be difficult to do because of the high concentration levels and amount of muscle control that are involved. These are far more with abdominal exercises than with any other form of exercise. Additional muscles are often used the exercising of lower abs which makes it less effective.

It turns out most energy comes from two main components: caffeine and sugar. Many energy drinks have about as much caffeine as found in a cup of coffee or more.
