Aren’t you dead tired and fed up with trying to find out how to get rid of external hemorrhoids for good?  I know I sure was.  After getting to the point of where I noticed the “pointlessness” of hemorrhoid creams, pills, and patches as they only provided temporary relief and never truly attacked the root of my external hemorrhoid problem, I felt that I needed to find a true, and permanent solution.
